Review: Palgantong's Pop Cheek Blusher in Virgin Peach

Before, VIP subscription from Sample Room provides gift in every registration. I forgot what date I applied for their VIP subscription but as far as I know, they don’t provide gift anymore now. From my application before, I got Palgantong’s Pop Cheek Blusher.

Whenever I put on makeup, I am not really using much blush. I feel it’s just an added step to do in my long list of routine from skincare to makeup. But since my collection of products are already piling up, I need to use them and now, I got to appreciate its effect.

PACKAGING

It is a simple, vibrant red container with a very cute puff with ribbon on it. It’s very girly and almost fit to use for teenagers or even kids-at-heart.

FRAGRANCE

No evident smell to it. 

PRICE

Since I got this as a gift, I don’t know its price at first. So my curiosity made me did a research and I found out that the price in some websites ranges from P500-P700. It's P630 from BeautyMnl.

TEXTURE

It’s very smooth and creamy. I like that it’s finely milled even if it’s a blush. Most blush in my encounter are quite grainy and there’s a little rough structure.

EFFECT

I like the glittery effect of it when swatched but it didn’t register much when applied on cheeks. But I like how it turned out on me because it’s giving me a soft glow. It is also highly pigmented that it can lasts for hours on the cheeks. Even if you reapply it, it won't register too strong on the face because it blends well on the skin and looks naturally.

Now, I often use this blush or another one whenever I feel to use makeup. I am exchanging this with my Etude Play 101 which also served as lippie and blush. I hope I can see more of Palgantong soon.
