I used to be an avid fan of nail
polishes and nail arts. I still am now. However, I don’t have much time in
doing my nails because for one, I have a baby to take care of and I have a
full-time job with loads of work that also needs to be taken care of even at
home. In short, I’m totally busy because I also have blogging and kdrama in
between. Kdrama is life so don’t ask
haha.
Anyway, I found this OMG One Dip
Instant Nail Lacquer Remover when we were at the mall couple of months ago. I
just used it recently to check if it’s worth using than the traditional nail
polish remover. Even if I’m not polishing my nails as often as before, I also
want to discover new things about beauty and stuff. If only I can purchase all
beauty-related products I would do so but I could only get those I can afford
and within my budget.
This product is just easy to use.
No need for cotton or swab and what-not. You’ll just have to dip it and you’re
good to go.
PACKAGING
It’s just a small plastic bottle
that can fit one finger. The label and other details were in the bottle already.
FRAGRANCE
It smells like the typical nail
polish remover. A little trong for me. I encountered different nail polish
remover and there are some that has sweet smell especially those Korean
products that I usually purchase in Korean stores.
PRICE
It is P50. It is a little
expensive compare to the nail polish remover in bottles. However, if you
replace the lid, you can use it over and over again. Or if you feel that the
sponge is getting drier, you can simply buy a nail polish remover and pour it
in the sponge so that you will have instant nail lacquer remover again minus
the cotton.
EFFECT
My nail polish
was removed easily but contrary to their statement on their label that it’s
non-drying, I feel that my nails became really dry afterwards. I like though
that there’s no acetone in the ingredient. There’s no smearing as well which
makes the removing of the polish clean.
Yay for me! (。◕‿ ◕。)
- No need for cotton m=balls and nail polish remover. 2-in-1.
- Watsons has this and it's easy to find Watsons in malls.
- Very easy to use and removes polish easily.
- It doesn't smear so it removes the polish cleanly.
- Can be reuse when content were all used up. Just put on nail polish remover.
- Serves a great idea for a DIY.
Nay! (。◕︵◕。)
- Can't be use in toenails 'cause it won't fit in the container.
- Drying! My nails turned out super dry which is kinda disappointing.
Price: P50.00
Bought from: Watsons
Size: 75 ml.
Overall, I think
this is nice. Though you can save P50 if you DIY something like this. You just
need a small container which can fit the sponge and one finger. This is nice
when you are in a rush and wants to finish ASAP or you can also bring this
anywhere and save bringing cotton.
This is the cheapest dip in nail polish remover that I've seen. 50php? Sign me in! Where can I buy it aside from Sample Room? I would love to try it myself. :)
ReplyDeleteOh this is in Watsons dear.
DeleteHaven't really heard much of dip-in nail polish removers. When I saw your post, it immediately got me curious and checked it out. Apparently, this really saves time and is very affordable and convenient. For the toes, I think it may be really DIY-ed like you use a really huge sponge soaked in nail polish remover. I guess I'm going to try this product soon!
ReplyDeleteCool! Let me know your thoughts on this then.
