I am trying to change my lifestyle little by little by means of living healthy. I've been exercising a lot now and also into different kinds of detoxification. So when I was at Watsons a couple of weeks ago, I saw something that got my attention. It claims to be the World's Easiest Detox: Chi Foot Patches.

Chi Foot Patches are patches that detoxifies the body. I got the one in Eucalyptus and it's so simple to use. You just need to put in on the soles of your feet overnight and come the next morning, you will feel refreshed as toxins will be taken out from your body.

Truth as it claims, yes, it is the most easiest detox I think there is. As to it's effectivity, you might want to take a closer look.

See all the contents of the pack. Apart from the two patches inside, there are instructions on how to use the patch and even a manual on a foot reflexology chart. You might want to target a certain area by deciding on where to place your patches on certain acupuncture points.

I decided to put it on the sole of my feet. If you see, the patches on the photo above is still white and it will turn into the brownish color once you let it stay on your feet for 8 hours.

Quite expensive for P90.00 and stocks came in smaller numbers. This is the last pack I saw at Watsons and they also have the red variant (I think it's Ginseng) in last two pieces.

The patches can also be use if you have some sore in other body area. According to instructions, do not use more than 6 patches at a time. You might be dehydrated so make sure to drink a lot of water before and after the detox.

I want more of this! Apart from it's very easy to use, I feel that somehow, it cleanses my body because the next morning when I woke up, I feel very light and my skin was glowing.

Food Getaway: Shakey's SM Pampanga

We just had our 70th month last Thursday and we dined in at Shakey's SM Pampanga. I was itching to try the 1954 pizza but then we were handed out the menu, I totally forgot about it since I was presented with a lot of options. So now you know that my weakness is food! :)

I think it's been a long time since we treated ourselves at Shakey's. So we hopped in at the store to get some pizza. We left with a full stomach and a full heart! :)

We started with Greek Salad Solo but since it's good for two, we just got one. Now, I can do this version at home. I've been loving salads lately. ♥

Jaycee picked the Pepperoni Crunch for the main course and I suggested to add a Prima Lasagna Solo so we'll both have an option aside from the pizza.

The pizza is good for 3-4 persons already since it has 6 slices. The lasagna can be finished with one or tow persons. Jaycee even counted that we can just order the salad and pizza without the pasta and we'll be really full. So imagine how we ended up finishing everything in our plate!

For the drinks, Jaycee ordered a Brewed Coffee (which I forgot to take a shot) and I got myself a Lemon Cucumber Cooler. It's really refreshing and I want to create my own cooler with the same ingredients.

We stayed inside the pizza house for almost two hours of non-stop chitchatting and selfies shots. Of course, I would pick one silly shot to share with you. Look at my man, feeling silly and all! Oh, how I love this guy! ♥
