Food Getaway: F.I.S.H.

F.I.S.H. also known as Fiesta Island Seafood Hub is located at Sky Garden at SM North Edsa. Last week, Jaycee and I went there and tried their dishes for the first time. We arrived after we finished processing his papers for his insurance at Camp Crame. Since it's already late for lunch, we just popped-in inside the resto to avoid the summer heat which I really can't bear!

They have a lot of variety when it comes to seafood and other dishes. I took shots of their menu since we only ordered very few. Look how they are bountiful with seafood dishes! I would want to savor crabs but since we need to go back quickly to Pampanga, we just let it pass.

 

 

We got Tinapa at Itlog na Maalat for our rice and chose Honey Butter Crispy Squid for our viand. The rice is more than a cup so we shared the first one only to find out that we will love it so we had two servings of rice. Ooops, carbs!

I love the squid. These are fried tentacles which were tossed in chili honey butter. The combination of itlog na maalat and tinapa was also great. Jaycee requested that I copy and cook the same recipe but until now, I haven't done it yet. I hope I can do it this week. :)

Review: Pantene All Day Smooth Miracle Water

The very popular phrase regarding hair would be about it's been the crowning glory for women. Others may say it's true but others would believe that it's a total knock-off. Good thing I have Pantene's Miracle Water, I am safe to say that somehow I've manage to tame my 'do.

I got this leave-on treatment from BDJ's promo before. You can read more on how I get it for free here. I am blessed with free things in life. :) Right now, this is my on-the-go makeup for my hair.

Ask every beauty enthusiasts what they want in a product and I bet that more than 50% would answer that they want the container to be in a pump bottle. Saves you time, energy and easy-peasy!

This leave-on treatment is non-sticky unlike those I tried long time ago. It's great to use during midday because you will feel that your hair was tamed once again just like after taking the shower. 

I tried to use this on my hair for this post so you would see the difference.

That is after one pump of the leave-on treatment. Noticed that the dryness was lessen from the first photo. This was taken in the middle of the scorching hot weather so I admit that it's really dry at first! It was, after all, saved by Pantene's Miracle Water right?

Definitely Japan. Definitely Kojie.san

Whitening has been a classic hit in our country ever since. I think not only here but all around the world. A lot of people wants to have whiter and fairer skin, and tried every possible way to achieve that certain glow. Others perhaps admitted that they tried whitening but didn't work for them. I have a different story though. It certainly works for me.

I got a huge burn from a motorcycle exhaust before. Imagine my horror when I had the accident. Nothing serious for some but for me, it was! It was so big that I declined wearing shorts, skirts and dresses. It was such a huge turn-off. This soap saved me!

Food Getaway: Racks

Jaycee and I agreed to reward ourselves with good food every now and then. It's been a while since we had lunch/dinner dates in cozy restaurants that serves dishes which are at par with our palate. Chos! Haha. We just love dining out and always like to give criticisms, in a constructive way though. What we love most are good food of course. ♥

That came true the other day with our Racks adventure. I admit, I was hesitant to enter the place since STEAK for me is synonym to huge bill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

See! Almost synonymous,right? But that didn't made us to back out. I actually promised Jaycee before that it's my turn to treat him to a nice food. Here it is. I'm a generous girlfriend right? :)

Review: Celeteque Eye Tuck plus Dark Circles Lightener

Dark circles has been a constant reminder that I've been missing sleeps, those complete ones. Especially now that it's vacation, I always sleep late, sometimes wee hours in the morning. Not to mention additional stress from my blogging duties. I think I should need to take blogging lightly so as not to push me during my sleeping hours. 

Good thing I have Celeteque Eye Tuck whenever I'm battling with lack of eye rest. It's obvious in me whenever I got dark circles because of my fair skin. I look like a tarsier during those moments. No-no! T_T

I really didn't expect that this will remove dark circles permanently. I just need to remind myself that complete sleep and eye rest is needed. I sometimes have the tendency to strain my eyes whenever I watch or read at night.

It's very easy to use and lightweight. It's not the other eye cream types that's very heavy after application. The tube is also handy so you can bring it anywhere. 

I like that this cream moisturizes the eye area. I have problems around my eyes since it tends to dry, resulting to lines and crow's feet but not to the serious extent. So the earlier I treat them, the better.

Notice that the area above my eyes became lighter though not to the extent that it was totally removed. I think this was after a month of inconsistent use. Yes. Sometimes, I am just a lazy babe who doze off to sleep without applying this.
